After Many hours of designing and CFD Testing, CNC INNOVATIONS proudly introducing the Ultimate Air Stream Fully Billet intake manifold for 1NZ-FE engine.
The air movement and air portion distribution among cylinders on this intake manifold is nearly perfect, with 3L internal volume it will allow 1NZ-FE owners to maximize the performance of their vehicles and push the limits further than what has been previously possible.
A SET IS INCLUDED :
- PLENUM & RUNNER
- TEFLON GASKET FOR INTAKE MANIFOLD FLANGE AND THROTTLE BODY
- 1/8-28 NPT/BSPT OD8.0MM HOSE FITTING
- 1/8-28 NPT/BSPT OD5.0MM HOSE FITTING
- 1/4-19 NPT/BSPT OD10.0MM HOSE FITTING
- - The throttle body flange will be provided according to your needs.
- - Methanol/Nitrous placing has been placed on top of the runners and we will drill and thread them through upon request.
- - it will clear NCP42 hood.
- - Thermal Teflon Gaskets will be provided.
it will clear the hood, Dipstick and radiator.
MATERIAL:
Fully Billet and CNC machined from Aluminium 6061 T6
-6061 T6 aluminium has high strength, high hardness (up to HB90 degrees), good processing effect, minimum distortion during machining and high pressure tolerance.
ANODIZING COLOR:
Anodizing colour (RED, BLUE, BLACK, PURPLE, GOLD, GREEN,)

TEFLON GASKET BENEFIT:
